The Coffa Maiolica is a wearable work of art. Its exterior is wrapped in a vibrant majolica and lemon-patterned fabric — a nod to the sun-drenched ceramics of southern Sicily — anchored by a hand-carved majolica stone rosette at the center. Stone mirrors catch the light on every side, while four proud lion heads guard the corners, each one hand-sewn with the precision of a craftsman who has spent a lifetime perfecting his art. A bell closure adds the final flourish: a soft chime that announces your arrival.

This is the Coffa — born from the fields of Sicily, carried by peasant women across sun-scorched earth, and now elevated to the runways of Dubai, Milan, Paris, and New York. Designer Roberto, a native of Comiso in the south of Sicily, fused his homeland's palm-weaving tradition with his passion for stone carving, transforming a humble working bag into a collector's piece.
